What data we process

Browsing. This website uses no tracking tools and no profiling cookies. The only cookie used is the technical session cookie required for the website to work (for example, for the shopping cart): this type of cookie does not require consent by law. Visit statistics are aggregated, anonymous counts: we do not record IP addresses or personal identifiers.

Contact form. If you write to us via the form on the Contacts page, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optional subject and message) for the sole purpose of replying to you. Messages are forwarded to the team's mailbox and kept in the website's private panel until your request has been handled.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address and preferred language. Your subscription only becomes active after you confirm it via the link we send you by email (double opt-in). We use this data exclusively to send you the newsletter — roughly monthly, and only when there is relevant news to share. Newsletter emails contain an open counter that tells us whether the message was viewed: we only use it as an aggregate statistic to understand how well the newsletter is read. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email: upon unsubscribing, your address is deleted from our systems, not archived.

Collection purchases. When you place an order we collect the data needed to handle it: name, email address, optional phone number, shipping address and the order contents. This data is used exclusively to fulfil the order, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to contact you about the order itself.

Payments. Payments are processed by zahls.ch (Payrexx AG, Switzerland): payment data (card, TWINT, etc.) is handled directly by the provider on its secure systems and never passes through our servers.

Where data is stored

The website is hosted by Hostpoint AG, Switzerland. Order data is kept for as long as required by legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European GDPR, you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the details on the Contacts page.

Third-party content

The pages of this website do not embed third-party content that sets cookies. Links to external platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, partner websites) open the respective sites, to which their own policies apply.
