World Cup and Nico Sapio Trophy

Yesterday in Genoa, the international Nico Sapio Trophy came to an end.
After the good results at the World Cup — where I raced 10 times and stood on the podium just as many (2 golds, 6 silvers, and 2 bronzes) — I also posted times similar to those swum in North America at the Nico Sapio, winning the 50 and 100 butterfly and the 100 individual medley.
From now until the European Championships in Poland (Lublin, December 2–7), there’s almost a month of intense training ahead, during which I’ll also compete at the Swiss Short Course Championships in Uster, from November 13 to 16.
We’ll be working to reach Lublin in the best possible shape, with the goal of achieving even more great results. Starting in January, the focus will shift to long course competitions, culminating in the European Championships in Paris, scheduled for August 10–16.
It’s going to be a long and intense competitive season!
