Swiss Sports Awards and China Swimming Open

It’s time once again for the Swiss Sports Awards 2025.
After wrapping up my commitments at the China Open Swimming Championships in Shenzhen—where I delivered two excellent races, improving my season-best times in the 50 and 100 meter butterfly and reaching the top step of the podium twice—the final evening to crown Switzerland’s best male and female athletes of 2025 will take place on Sunday, March 29.
As is well known, the event, originally scheduled for early January, was rightly postponed following the tragic events in Crans-Montana.
This Sunday, starting at 8:00 PM on RSI La 2, the event will be broadcast live and will also include a public vote. I’d like to remind you that the period taken into consideration runs from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025, during which I won three gold medals at the Short Course World Championships (with world records in the 50 and 100 meter butterfly), two silver medals at the Long Course World Championships, as well as two golds, six silvers, and two bronzes across the three American stops of the World Cup.
