World Cup and Nico Sapio Trophy

Yesterday in Genoa, the international Nico Sapio Trophy came to a close.
After good results in the World Cup — where I dived in 10 times, reaching the podium on every occasion (2 golds, 6 silvers and 2 bronzes) — at the Nico Sapio I again recorded times similar to those I swam in North America, winning the 50m and 100m butterfly and the 100m individual medley.
Between now and the Europeans in Poland (Lublin, 2–7 December) lies almost a month of intense training, during which I will also compete at the Swiss Short Course Championships in Uster, from 13 to 16 November. We will be working to arrive in Lublin in the best possible shape, aiming for a few more satisfying results.
From January, the focus will shift to long course racing, culminating in the European Championships in Paris, scheduled from 10 to 16 August. It is going to be a long, intense competitive season!
